        Books that talk about mental illness always makes me a crying mess so it's no news that this book made me cry ugly. Some readers might find this book triggering because of the metal illness issue that this represents. As someone who struggles with weight loss, I relate to Kimberly because of how the people that surround her mock her. I do't really care about what people may think about my physical appearance but when some crude comments get to me, I can't help think that I'm not worth it and it really makes my self-esteem so low. But then there are people who also remind me that I should only care about the opinions of the people that matter to me and that I can't let other people hurt me without my permission. So I understand why Kim acted such way because of all people that lets her down, it's her mother! And the only person who she considers as an important person to her bullies her everyday and made her life miserable. 

          To be honest, I got annoyed and frustrated about Xander when he confessed the reason why he bullies Kim for 7 freaking years because he was so insensitive. I mean, I get that he doesn't want to be near her because he is her "sister" and that he doesn't want to be tempted to her but man he doesn't have to be such a dick and an asshole just to make her stay away from him. Those nasty words that he said to Kim even if he doesn't mean to cannot be taken back. They still hurt and in turn made Kim think that she is unimportant and that she is not worth it.

        That cross breeding was also so messed up. And when Kim found about it she was just like "Yay! Xander is not my brother after all so we can sleep together without being incest" and I'm like girl! You have a lot of issues so why not focus on that first instead?? LOL. I might be biased but Xander and Kim KINDA kinda remind me of Knight and Luna of Broken Knight by L.J. Shen. The fact that Xander's last name is also Knight LOL. Anyway, I loved and enjoyed reading this book! It was also fast paced and straight to the point. I recommend!
